My journey with the NDIS started long before I created this business. As a parent of a wonderful 9‑year‑old boy with complex needs, I’ve lived the reality of navigating the NDIS while juggling appointments, emotions, and a future that looked very different from what I once imagined. I still remember those early days—the overwhelm, the paperwork, the frustration of trying to do everything at once. Back in 2017, Support Coordination wasn’t offered to us. Looking back, I know how much easier life would have been—not only for my son, but for our whole family—if that guidance and support had been available.
AZ General Services was born from that lived experience.
